Yuna was running to meet her mother in a hotel room. She said she didn’t have to provide her a hotel room and dad might get worried. But her mother calmed her down by saying that dad is fine at home. Yuna suddenly realized that she forgot her pillow and she might not be able to sleep. Both of them rushed back home to get it. Yuno managed to go to sleep but she had the difficulties of waking up the next day. Both of them rushed to the school and managed to get on time.

Before entering an important exam, her mother asked her to do her best on the entrance exam. Fifteen minutes before the exam, Yuno quickly took out her pencil case in the exam room. She panicked as she realized that she brought the wrong pencil case. Meanwhile, Yoshinaya-sensei was in a hurry and she accidentally bumped into the Headmaster. He thought it was unbelievable to be late on such an important day. Moving on to the next exam, Yuno felt distracted as she felt that everyone was more talented than her. Yuna seemed to bother the person next to her throughout the exams.

Yuno was shocked because she realized that her mom was there the whole time waiting for her. Hiro who lives in an apartment in front of the school noticed that there’s an exam taking place. Yuno was worried at home.

Hiro and Sae were looking across the street the next morning. The exam results have been posted. Yuno was smiling which shows that she was qualified while Miyako was crying severely. Yuno bid farewell to her parents before she moved to her new apartment. The driver woke her up when they arrived to the Hidamari apartment. She was shocked as she saw someone’s name tag at her new room. The driver confirmed that the room hasn’t been taken; it’s just the tag was left behind. Miyako noticed that someone has moved next door and came to greet her.

Yuno told Miyako that they will be in the same year. While both of they were eating udon, Miyako gave her a new nickname, “Yunocchi”. After that, Miyako told her facts about Hidamari apartment and she noticed that her apartment is the only one without water. This made Yuno asked if she paid her water bills.

Next, she took her to Hiro’s place. Hiro suggested that they all draw a picture to get to know each other. Both Hiro and Yuno drew rabbits but they became confused as they saw Miyako’s abstract. They decided to meet Sae next but unfortunately she was busy as her novel’s deadlines are getting close. Miyako decided that they all go to the public baths. However, Hiro declined because she was self conscious as she had just eaten a cake. After that the girls went back to their rooms.

At night, Yuno took a bath and she was relieved that everyone was so kind. Suddenly, Miyako joined in the bath tub too because water wasn’t available at her place. Meanwhile, Hiro brought Sae some food and told her that a new person is moving in.
