Stereotype leads to discrimination which leads to fear and suffering.

LIEK LAWL, that’s a long title. I couldn’t think of a good title.

I assume that you are all aware of this and it’s totally bias and unfair. As you all know we live in a planet located in a huge galaxy called Milky Way. This planet is home to millions of species including human and among the humans, there are variety of races and only two genders with their own unique characteristics. Yes, our beloved planet is called the Earth. We all live happily in peace; accepting each of our differences. :D Sadly, no. There are various types of discrimination for example, racism, sexism and discrimination towards people with deformities, wealth, religion etc. Now, I’m going to rant how stereotype leads to discrimination which leads to fear and suffering. A quote from Yoda :

Fear leads to anger. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering” LAWL TRUE :D

I’ve never had any personal experience before. It’s more like general thoughts about the subject.

So, have the people around you warned you to not go near a certain type of person? Have they started to blurt out things when you started to talk about a certain type of person? It’s not a rear sighting. It happens all the time. It all started when a person from a certain group messed things up and so it made a huge impact on himself. That’s when people started to have “ideas” and then because of these “ideas”,they tend to get paranoid and such. Basically, stereotyping is like judging a person by its cover.

Everyone judge a book by its cover, even I do that. If the book cover is not attractive, I wouldn’t read it. If a person looks like a drug addict, I wouldn’t come near that person. It cannot be avoided. It’s in human nature to make judgment as soon as they see something different. I came across many discriminative forums. E.g :-
Subject : -insert discriminative subject here- Discuss.
Some smartass: “Oh I think -insert some shit that they don’t even care but post just to make themselves feel good here-”

Do they even think what they are posting/saying? Even the media is bias when they label someone. When a person from a certain race committed crime, they labeled him as “thug”. When another person from another race did the same thing, he was labeled as “man”. There are also racist and sexist jokes.. o____O
After the stage where people came up with the “so-called ideas”, here comes the stage where people started to discriminate each other. Not much to say. I’m sure you all have already imagined things before I could say anything. After that, fear. It’s good to be paranoid sometimes but when you overdid it, it became something else; something unpleasant.

In conclusion, it is best to understand their motives before making decisions or better yet, respect them. If you don’t like it, just stfu. Everyone’s different; different motives; different personality etc. I’m sure many people are against discrimination. We can only depend on the future generation. I can’t stop them from expressing their thoughts, whether it’s positive or negative. Freedom of speech. But when I thought about it, stereotype is a bit useful. You know, just to aware yourself and hope that it will not reach to the next level. Not all stereotypes are negative. There are some positives but that doesn’t make much differences. I’m focusing on the negative part which is a big issue. So, all that matters is that WE ARE FREE. Well, most of us.

This rant is based on my point of view. Have a nice day. :D

True but no. I want to live D:

There’s no such thing as a perfect world as long as there are humans. Raito from Death Note is a good example. Look what happened to him, currently: deceased. :D LAWL
